As of today, there are no entry requirement to enter Mexico or to return back to the United States. However, we are monitoring the current trends regarding COVID-19 and monkeypox. We ask that all customer be prepared to follow the protocols below approximately 10 days prior to the event if we deem it necessary.
The following requirements will only apply if a national case count reaches an elevated level:
We may require all guests, regardless of vaccination status, to obtain a negative Antigen Rapid Covid test prior to their arrival at the airport. Tests must be administered at accredited testing facilities. We will not accept home tests.
The LOL Comedy Experience highly recommends that you purchase "Travel Insurance" for travel to this event.
Once you are at the festival, you will need to follow the safety guidelines of the resort, which may require mask wearing in all public indoor spaces and temperature scans.
Please note that guest packages do NOT cover you for travel related issues prior to check-in, or after check-out of the hotel. To be fully protected, we strongly recommend that you purchase separate travel insurance to cover any trip delays, and/or medical issues you may incur while not on-site at the resort.
Guest packages include either Diamond, Platinum, Gold or Silver event tickets. Event tickets include two comedy shows, VIP Experiences (Diamond and Platinum guests), Beach and Pool Parties, Sneaker Ball, Meet N Greet Selfie Experience and Game Night. Packages also include a 4-night stay at the resort, unlimited meals & drinks with several restaurants to choose from, unlimited alcohol and ground transportation to/from the Cancún International Airport.

Yes, we have two different payment options:
1. Pay in Full: Pay your full balance at the time of booking
2. Payment Plan: Payments will be split equally and automatically withdrawn from the account in which you used to make your first payment each month until the full balance is paid. Balances must be paid by January 16, 2023.
Yes, our festival is being held in the country of Mexico, so a valid passport will be needed.
The service fees are standard charges that are used to help cover the cost of producing this festival, such as administrative, payment processing and technical expenses.
This event has a very strict cancellation policy and recommends that all guests purchase travel insurance. Payments for the event are non-refundable. You may transfer your package to another guest. Contact us at hello@lolcomedyexperience.com if you need to transfer your package.

Short answer: Yes! Cancun is a safe place for tourists to visit. We know the media has showcased recent events happening at this Mexican beach destination, however, we have put measures in place to ensure our guests safety. We have arranged ground transportation for all guests to ensure safe travel from the airport to the resort. We will have security to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Additionally, all attendees will receive an event and resort bracelet. Anyone without both bracelets will not be able to access events.
