• Weekend passes (either General Admission or VIP) include access to the welcome reception on Thursday, two comedy shows on Friday and Saturday, full admission to Scape Park on Friday (with lunch), The Deck Spades Day Party on Saturday and beach white party on Sunday.  

• VIP passes also include VIP seating at all events, a VIP afterparty at Drink Point nightclub on Saturday and Juanillo Beach VIP Cruise on Sunday.

• All passes include a 4-night stay at the resort (including unlimited meals & drinks and unlimited alcohol), roundtrip airport transfers, trip insurance, swag bags and commemorative T-shirts.

Yes, our experience is being held in the Dominican Republic, so a valid passport will be needed.  The Dominican Republic officially allows tourists from the U.S., Canada, UK, and EU to enter with a passport valid only for the duration of their stay. However, it is strongly recommended to have at least six months of validity remaining to avoid potential boarding denials by airlines or issues with international travel regulations.

Yes, the Dominican Republic requires all travelers entering and leaving the country to complete a digital E-TICKET. This free form replaces the physical immigration and customs cards. You need to fill out one for your arrival and a separate one for your departure.

Yes, travel insurance is included and provided by Jefferson Insurance Company with insurance assistance services provided by Allianz Global Assistance.

Yes, you may pay in full at the time of your booking or take advantage of our payment plan.  Payments will be split equally and automatically withdrawn from the account in which you used to make your first payment each month (on the same day each month) until the full balance is paid.  Payment plans are offered through November 2026.  Any packages purchased in December or January must be paid in full at the time of booking.  The last day to book your weekend pass is January 10, 2027.

Short answer: Yes! Punta Cana is safe for tourists, particularly within resort areas, but visitors should exercise reasonable caution.  We have put measures in place to ensure our guests safety, such as arranged ground transportation for all guests to ensure safe travel from the airport to the resort and transportation to any events or excursions outside of the resort.  Additionally, all attendees will receive an event and resort bracelet.  Anyone without both bracelets will not be able to access events.

The service fees are standard charges that are used to help cover the cost of producing this event, such as administrative, payment processing and technical expenses.

Booking Protection is offered and recommended to all guests at checkout.  The Booking Protection fee is seamlessly collected as part of your payment towards the booking.

Booking Protection is an insurance service offered to all guests, facilitated through Cover Genius, a trusted third party provider.  With Booking Protection, you can protect your purchase at checkout and request a refund should you need to cancel for unforeseen circumstances.

Otherwise, all sales are final but transferrable.

Weekend passes are non-refundable, however we offer transfer options and tiered credit toward future events depending on your cancellation date — see full policy below. 

We strongly recommend adding Booking Protection at checkout, which allows cancellation for any reason. All packages also include travel insurance covering qualifying cancellation reasons such as illness or injury.

Tiered credit options:

More than 120 days before the event (before ~October 21, 2026): Full refund minus the deposit, OR full transfer to another guest, OR full credit toward a future LOL Comedy Experience event.

90–120 days before the event (October 21 – November 20): 50% refund of payments made (deposit always non-refundable), OR free transfer to another guest, OR full credit toward future event.

30–89 days before (November 21 – January 19): No cash refund, but free transfer to another guest, OR 50% credit toward a future event.

Under 30 days (after January 19): No refund, no credit — transfer to another guest only.

The deposit is always non-refundable, no exceptions.
