Guests should fly into the Cancún International Airport (CUN). You are free to choose whichever airline you would like. However, we have partnered with Delta Air Lines to provide an exclusive discount for those flying into Cancún for the LOL Comedy Experience.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Guests who have booked an all-inclusive package will receive complimentary ground transportation to/from the airport.
The hotel zone in Cancún is one long stretch of white sandy beaches, swaying palms and crashing waves. Kukulcán Boulevard covers the whole stretch, reaching from Downtown Cancún at kilometer zero and the airport at the other end. It’s roughly 26 kms (16 miles) of the beach, luxury resorts, world-class restaurants and exciting nightlife.
For safe, guaranteed hotel zone transportation in Cancún, we STRONGLY encourage our all-inclusive guests to travel with our provided transportation only.
BY BUS
Cancún has an excellent bus system that motors through the Hotel Zone on Boulevard Kukulcán as well as Avenida Tulum in the downtown area. The public bus in Cancún runs 24/7 along Kukulkan Av. for 12 pesos (less than $1USD). Be sure to have Mexican currency on hand.
Travelers often rely on routes R1 and R2. Once inside the bus, you'll find the stop-request button located above the handrails.
BY FOOT
Walking is an option along some parts of Boulevard Kukulcán. Please be mindful of the heat when walking and stay hydrated.
BY UBER
Uber is available in the hotel zone of Cancún.
BY TAXI
